Jay Michael Design beds are designed to retain their brilliance when properly maintained.  All that is needed is to wipe with a clean dry cloth.  Never use cleansers, polishes, or solvents.

Limited Warranty

Jay Michael Designs Beds are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship or material for a period of ten years from the date of purchase.  During this warranty period, Hollywood Bed, at its option, will repair or replace any such defective component without charge except for transportation, shipping, and handling costs.  Determination of a manufacturing defect is the sole discretion of Hollywood Bed.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other expressed warranties, oral or written.  Any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the express warranty set forth herein.  In no event shall Hollywood Bed be liable for incidental or consequential damages sustained in connection with these products or their use.

This warranty does not cover any damage or loss related to (1) improper use, care, assembly or service; (2) transportation, shipping or handling; (3) institutional or commercial use; or (4) negligence, alteration, or unauthorized repair.  Any claim under this warranty must be made before the original warranty period expires.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
